By air:
- The hotel's own shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 05:35 to 23:35 from the hotel to the airport. It can be boarded at arrival terminal 2 at the airport and is free for guests.
- Taxis are also available.

By train from Zurich Hauptbahnhof (main train station):
- Take the S-Bahn train S7 in the direction of Winterthur
- Alight at Opfikon, which is the third stop
- Follow the station exit signs for Schaffhauserstrasse and turn right
- The NH Zurich Airport Hotel is 100 metres on your left.
