On the first floor there is a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc. and a lounge with a view of the Leithagebirge (chain of hills).

The hotel is located in Gramatneusiedl, a village of about 2,000 inhabitants 15 km south-east of Vienna, in Lower Austria. Many facilities are only a few minutes’ walk away from the hotel, including a supermarket, petrol station, doctor, dentist, pharmacy, post office and 2 banks, as well as various shops, cafés and restaurants.

A wealth of shopping opportunities awaits you in the Shopping City Süd (SCS), a 15-minute drive away, and the Designer Outlet Parndorf (a 30-minute drive away).

Surrounded by 8 courses within a radius of 15 km, the hotel is an ideal base for golfers. In addition, numerous walking trails, cycling routes, tennis centres, equestrian clubs and outdoor pools in the vicinity of the hotel provide a wide range of sporting options. Horse races and cultural events take place at Magna Racino (10 km away).

The reception is open Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 20:00, on Saturdays and Sundays from 06:30 to 12:00. Afterwards you can check in at the check-in terminal at the hotel entrance.
